The Social Justice Committee strives for equality and equity for all citizens within Winston-Salem and Vicinity. The committee's work focuses on five interrelated principles: access, equity, participation, diversity, and human rights.

The Food Justice Committee has developed an urban farm school to build community cooperation and teach people to grow their own food.

The Economic Development Committee advances community-based initiatives that support the economic prosperity of our neighborhoods.

Political Engagement Committee
The Political Engagement Committee is a nonpartisan committee that provides awareness, training, and programmatic support to ensure registration, education, administration, and election protection.

Event Planning Committee
The Event Planning Committee works to organize all of our events, such as the MLK Scholarship Banquet, vaccination clinics, and events coordinated with other organizations.
